Order Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience, including a simple and transparent cancellation process.

Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.

  • Upon successful cancellation, the full order amount will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

How to Cancel Your Order

Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once cancelled, the full order amount will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Additional Policy for COD (Cash on Delivery)

  • For COD orders, customers are required to pay a partial advance amount as specified on the payment page.

  • If the product is returned or not accepted upon delivery, the partial advance amount is non‑refundable.

Replacement & Damage Policy

At JABZZ (jabzz.in), every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged product, the following policy applies:

  • No Return / No Replacement (except for damage replacement).

  • Returns or replacements are not accepted for reasons such as size, fit, colour preference, or change of mind.

  • Please ensure you select the correct size using the provided size chart before placing your order.

  • Only damaged product replacement is permitted.

Damage Replacement Procedure

  • A replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us a clear photo of the damaged area along with your order details.

  • Once verified and approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 2 working days.

  • A logistics charge of ₹150–₹300 (based on location and order weight) will be deducted for each replacement.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

  • If you notice print bleeding or serious damage within 10 days of delivery, please contact us for an exchange.

  • COD Orders: In the case of damage replacement for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, any refund amount will be issued as store credit or a gift coupon. Customers may use this credit/gift code for future purchases.

Non‑Returnable / Non‑Replaceable Items

  • All T‑shirts and discounted products are strictly non‑returnable and non‑replaceable, except in cases of damage during delivery.

  • Offer Sale / Special Discount Coupon Applied Orders are also non‑returnable and non‑replaceable.

Shipping Charges for Damage Replacement

  • If a replacement is approved due to damage, JABZZ will bear the shipping charges.
