Welcome to the JABZZ Store Credit program! We love rewarding our customers. When you purchase eligible items from our store, you can earn store credit that can be applied as a discount on your future orders.

Here is exactly how our Store Credit system works and how you can claim your rewards.

1. How to Earn Store Credit

When browsing our products, you will see a banner on the product page indicating the store credit value (either a fixed amount or a percentage) available for that specific item. Once you successfully complete the purchase of that item, you become eligible to claim that store credit.

2. How to Claim Your Store Credit

Store credit is not applied automatically. To claim your earned credit after a successful purchase, please follow these simple steps:

  • Provide Your Details: Send us your Order Number and the name of the purchased item.

  • Receive Your Voucher: Once our team verifies your purchase, we will generate a unique, one-time-use Discount Voucher for the exact store credit amount (or percentage) you earned. We will share this voucher code directly with you via WhatsApp or Email.

3. How to Use Your Discount Voucher

  • Your generated discount voucher can be used exclusively on your next purchase at the Jabzz store.

  • Simply enter the voucher code at checkout in the "Discount code" field, and the amount will be automatically deducted from your total.

4. Terms & Conditions

  • Validity: Store credit discount vouchers are valid for [Insert Number, e.g., 60 days / 3 months] from the date of issue.

  • Single Use: Each discount voucher is for a one-time use only. Any unused remaining balance on a voucher will not carry over.

  • Non-Transferable: Vouchers are tied to the customer who made the original purchase and cannot be transferred to another person.

  • No Cash Value: Store credit and discount vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

  • Exclusions: These discount vouchers cannot be combined with other ongoing sales, promotional offers, or external discount codes unless explicitly stated.
